Spatial data specialist 1Spatial has completed the acquisition of the final 10 per cent of the issued share capital of geospatial software company Star-Apic, which specialises in solutions for land, property and infrastructure.
1Spatial paid ?666,984 to owner from Meusinvest, based on the same valuation terms as the initial agreement when 90% of Star-Apic was purchased in June 2013.
