This question will be answered by leading experts on satellite images interpretation from different countries, who will take part in the section “Remote Sensing in the Effective Management of Agriculture”. The thematic section with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and regional related ministries will be held October 2, 2013 in the framework of the 6th International Conference “Earth from Space – the Most Effective Solutions“.

During the conference ScanEx Research and Development Center will present for the discussion the agricultural activities monitoring results , conducted for the first time in Russia in the spring-summer period of 2013.

Organization of an optimal permanent space monitoring of crops and agricultural activities in the Russian Federation will be one of the main topics of discussion at the conference. This is due to the great interest towards the Earth observation operational data application, demonstrated  these days by enterprises and organizations engaged in agricultural activities.
