MDA to Provide International Ground Station for WorldView Satellite Program

MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (“MDA” or the “Company” (TSX: MDA), a global communications and information company, announced today it has been awarded a contract by DigitalGlobe to provide a new international Direct Access Facility ground station for an unspecified customer to task, collect and process imagery from the WorldView-1 and WorldView-2 satellites. This contract is another international Direct Access Facility customer ground station order that MDA has received from DigitalGlobe and it supports continued growth of the Direct Access Program line of business.
