Wiser Company(Wiser) and TerraGo announced a strategic partnership that will allow for the coupling of TerraGo’s location intelligence and geospatial collaboration solutions and Wiser’s analysis and visualization platform in order to advance location intelligence and foster situational awareness across a broad range of industries, including defense and intelligence, oil and gas, public safety, and state and local governments.
The agreement paves the way for Wiser to build and deliver location intelligence solutions leveraging TerraGo’s software platform, including GeoXrayTM. GeoXray automates the process of discovering, analyzing and geospatially visualizing Big Data from a variety of internal and external sources, including news feeds, blog posts, social media, maps and more, and allows analysts to filter the results by place, time and topic. Wiser will develop a solution comprised of GeoXray coupled with its GeoUNITY application that incorporates heat maps and additional analytical and visualization capabilities to aid in discovery of correlations between data to enhance analyst productivity and efficiency.
The agreement also enables Wiser to support, from within GeoUNITY, the production of intelligent, portable, interactive TerraGo GeoPDF® maps and imagery that enable geospatial collaboration and field data collection by users across the enterprise.
The companies will also collaborate seek joint business opportunities and provide professional services in support of customer requirements.
