  • Rating12345

The next INTERGEO and the presentation of a partner stand for South America are drawing closer. Contracts were signed today cementing a close collaboration and partnership between event organisers HINTE GmbH and MundoGeo (Brazil).

South America is an economically dynamic continent. Approximately eight companies will be exhibiting at the South America Pavilion during INTERGEO 2013, showcasing their skills and know-how to an anticipated audience of 16,000 visitors. German companies are set to benefit greatly from the discourse and cooperation that is expected at INTERGEO, with medium-sized companies in particular seizing a good opportunity to make vital international contacts.

Olaf Freier, Managing Director of HINTE GmbH, which stages INTERGEO on behalf of the DVW: “South America is one of the most promising growth regions outside Europe and a continent that holds huge economic potential, particularly in the high-tech sector. That is why we are extremely pleased to have secured MundoGeo as an attractive and extremely committed partner for INTERGEO.” Furthermore, the events and forums during INTERGEO, which involve key representatives from the sector, offer the perfect platform for getting together to discuss the issues that really matter.

MundoGeo, the organiser of MundoGEO#Connect LatinAmerica 2013, has supported INTERGEO communications in South America for several years as a media partner. “This extended collaboration is enabling us to tap into new fields of business, not just in terms of communications but also as regards the active participation of companies from South America,” adds Freier. However, the collaboration is not solely for the benefit of INTERGEO – INTERGEO exhibitors can also take part in MundoGEO#Connect LatinAmerica 2013, which is being held from 18 to 20 June in São Paulo. To enable this crossover, MundoGeo is arranging a group exhibit space for HINTE GmbH. Companies and organisations that are interested in finding out more can contact the INTERGEO project team for further details.
