Topcon Europe Positioning announced it has signed a binding agreement to acquire one of the company’s top construction distributors, IBS of Hamburg, Germany. The IBS company has been founded in 1978 by Hermann Ibs. Starting with construction laser sales, the company steadily grew to include the broad range of construction positioning products. Nowadays the 11 person company offers a full range of positioning and Machine Control solutions.
