Bentley – NCS Workspace for Civil with US CAD Standard in InRoads and GEOPAK

  • Rating12345
Bentley Systems, Incorporated announced the release of its NCS Workspace for Civil. The new workspace enables designers to incorporate the United States National CAD Standard (NCS) in Bentley’s industry-leading InRoads and GEOPAK 3D civil engineering design software.

The workspace allows users to establish integrated standards to accommodate corporate, discipline, project, client, and user needs and preferences. This capability eases standards compliance, streamlines data exchange, and lowers costs throughout the civil project lifecycle.

The NCS Workspace for Civil enables Bentley to fulfill the industry-wide call for standardized tools that improve communication, collaboration, constructability, and fiscal responsibility for the development and maintenance of transportation infrastructure. The Workspace integrates with Bentley’s MicroStation-based InRoads and GEOPAK as well as Bentley’s new Power InRoads and Power GEOPAK stand-alone applications.
