Landmark Information Group has launched its latest environmental report for high value residential properties or homes with extensive land. Based on detailed data and expert interpretation, ‘Envirosearch Prime’ is the UK’s most comprehensive residential environmental report. The report fulfils the requirements of Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 by ensuring that environmental risks are identified for properties with between 0.5 and 37 acres (15 hectares) of land in addition to those worth in excess of £500,000.
The new report contains unique features including a polygon search, expert interpretation and additional residential risk assessment. The polygon search, as opposed to a point based 25m radius search used in other residential environmental search reports, is ideal for high value properties or those with extensive land.
