3-GIS, an Alabama based software development and services company has been named ‘Esri Business Partner of the Year for 2011’ and has also been awarded the ‘Partners Choice Award’. The awards recognize 3-GIS’s achievements in leading the development of thin client, web-based solutions based on Esri’s ArcGIS Server while delivering excellent customer service to its clients, as well as achieving sustainable business growth. 3-GIS’s president Tom Counts and Chief Technical Operator Tommy Siniard were presented the awards from Esri President, Jack Dangermond at the Esri Business Partner Conference in Palm Springs, California.
3-GIS offers the Express Solution suite of products, an ArcGIS Server-based set of mapping tools that includes Network Express, a web-based editing, querying, plotting and reporting tool; Field Express Chameleon, a light field-based configurable application; and Express Conductor, the back office server component. 3-GIS recently introduced Command Center, an Esri-based enabled Operational Picture and Situational Awareness solution.
