Integrity International Launches Renewable Energy Staffing Division

  • Rating12345

PR – Integrity International, a premier search agency that staffs companies
with skilled and talented professionals, has launched a new division to
meet the increasing demands for professional in renewable energy fields.

Integritys new Energy division
focuses specifically on matching companies with highly skilled experts
in wind, solar, hydroelectric, natural gas/oil and nuclear technologies.

The demand for professionals in renewable
energy fields is accelerating very quickly as governments and business
look for ways to lessen their impact on the environment,
said Angel Ahumada, chief executive officer of Integrity Recruits, based
in Roseville. This is a relatively new
industry where talent and experience are hard to find. Integritys
Energy division links businesses looking for skilled
employees with those individuals who have the skills necessary.

According to a 2007 American Solar Energy Society report on
renewable energy and energy efficiency, in 2006 the combined renewable
energy and energy efficiency industry generated nearly a trillion
dollars in industry sales, 8.5 million new jobs, more than $100 billion
in industry profits, and more than $150 billion in increased federal,
state and local government tax revenues.

While business ideas in the renewable energy
field will work and fail, we project that the job opportunities will
grow dramatically in the near term, Ahumada
said. Even without the recent spike in oil
prices, the pressure to increase renewable energy is strong and will
continue to grow.

Integrity International also serves the engineering, contracting and
architecture sectors, placing professionals in positions around the
country and internationally, including a recent hire on a major Panama
Canal project. The firm specializes in direct sourcing and candidate
targeting, assessing a companys specific
needs and pinpoints talent within the competition across the nation.
