In 2007, GS&P employed Bentley’s training subscription program to:
· Provide continuous professional development to everyone in the firm,
· Train 175 GS&P staff members through almost 500 online Bentley courses. At that rate the subscription paid for itself within the first 70 classes,
· Reduce the time to productivity for new hires from one month to one week,
· Make extensive use of distance learning and OnDemand eLearning to reclaim lost productivity and significantly lower training costs by eliminating travel from its 18 offices to a central location for training.
