Telespazio to Take Part Via e-GEOS and Eurimage in the GeoCAP Conference

Telespazio is to take part, via its subsidiaries e-GEOS and Eurimage, in the 15th GeoCap Conference, Geomatics in support of the Common Agricultural Policy, which will be held in Taormina from 18 to 20 November. The conference is organised by the Italian Agency for Agriculture Supplies (AGEA) and the MARS (Monitoring Agricultural ResourceS) unit of the European Commission. During the event, issues relating to the European policy on security in the agriculture sector will be tackled.

In this sector, Telespazio, through its subsidiary e-GEOS and the Telaer consortium, provides AGEA with data for the recognition of crops, eco-conditionality controls and the assessment of damage from forest fires.
