Stirling researcher Katharine Abernethy is one of over 200 scientists involved in a study which concludes that many of the world’s tropical protected areas are struggling to sustain their biodiversity. The study, "Averting biodiversity collapse in tropical forest protected areas" is published in the journal Nature. It was prompted by the rapid disruption of tropical forests which probably threatens global biodiversity more than any other contemporary phenomenon. Read More
