ALL AFRICA - Homes delivery is set to receive a boost in Lagos, thanks to a government policy thrust aimed at involving the private sector as well as directly increasing the existing housing stock. Permanent Secretary, Lands Bureau in the Governor's Office, Mr. Gbenga Ashafa, disclosed last week at Alausa during the bureau's 2009 Ministerial Press Briefing that, to complement the existing residential schemes, 16 new ones had been approved and are under processing.
