THE TELEGRAPH - At the moment many farmers and small businesses in rural areas struggle to get the internet because of a slow broadband connection. Writing in the Daily Telegraph last week, the Prince of Wales warned the countryside is being left behind in "broadband deserts". It is estimated at least 166,000 people are stuck in 'not spots' around the country and more than two million people in rural areas have inadequate broadband.
