Carl Von Hake, CPA Joins ROG+ Partners

Rusk O’Brien Gido + Partners is pleased to announce the addition of Carl Von Hake, CPA to the ROG team. Carl specializes in corporate financial advisory services including strategic business planning, financing strategies, operational effectiveness, ownership transition, stock structuring, business valuation, corporate governance and profit enhancement. A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Carl will lead ROG’s expansion efforts in the Western U.S. and brings the unique perspective of an A/E business owner and senior manager to ROG’s team.
Carl has fifteen years experience working within the architecture and engineering industry. Prior to joining ROG, Carl served as Chief Financial Officer for two of ENR’s top 150 design firms where he provided leadership in turn-around strategy, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, systems and process implementation, pre-sale preparation and post-acquisition integration. Carl’s experience includes participating in the due diligence process in an external capacity as a buyer and internal capacity as a client. He has turned many under-performing companies into highly effective and profitable ones.
Carl graduated from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant with the AICPA. He is also an avid golfer and fly fisherman.
Carl will be participating in a one-day Ownership Transition Strategies Seminar in Dallas on May 8th joining Principals Michael O’Brien and Steve Gido.
